    In special circumstances, such as the imminent approach of a typhoon or other natural disaster, students may request to move into the student dormitory early.<\/p>\n

    What time does the student dormitory close? What time does it open? Do university staff do roll calls in the dormitories?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    1. Dormitory and student safety are the university's primary concerns.<\/li>\n
    2. Graduate students living in the dormitory may choose to sign a self-governance agreement. Graduate students who choose not to sign the agreement must abide by the same rules as undergraduate students.<\/li>\n
    3. Undergraduate rules: The doors to the dormitory close at 11 p.m. and open at 5 a.m. The dormitory managers will check daily to ensure that students are in their rooms. Students who need to study after lights out may use the desk lamps in their rooms.<\/li>\n
    4. Please refer to the latest school announcement for any changes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      How to apply for the student dormitory?<\/strong><\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Applications for the dormitory for the next academic year are processed from April to May each year. Anyone who meets the following requirements may apply:\n
          \n
        • Freshmen must participate in two fire drills, one in their first semester and one in their second semester.<\/li>\n

        • Spring semester freshmen and transfer students must participate in the fire drill for the semester in which they are currently enrolled.<\/li>\n
        • The number of off-campus nights did not exceed 60 days.<\/li>\n
        • The number of penalty points did not exceed 60 points.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • How to apply: Log in to the School Administration System \u2192 Overview of the School Affairs System \u2192 Academic Affairs: Apply for Student Dormitory for the academic year.<\/li>\n
        • First-year undergraduate students applying for dormitory for the next academic year must change their rooms. Returning students may choose to stay in their original room or change rooms.<\/li>\n
        • Rooms are assigned by drawing lots.<\/li>\n
        • Select your bed number.<\/li>\n

          When are the summer and winter break room changes? <\/strong><\/h4>\n

          Summer and winter break room changes begin on the Friday of the 18th week and must be completed by noon on the Sunday.<\/p>\n
