Accident and Health Insurance

International students are required to submit proof of at least six month’s insurance coverage before enrollment. The insurance policy, if issued overseas, needs to be authenticated by Taiwan Representative Offices overseas. For your convenience, TCU will assist you in acquiring health insurance coverage in Taiwan, which costs NT$3,000 for a period of six months before you can join the National Health Insurance.

Student Group Insurance: 

The policy covers medical treatment, surgery and hospitalization caused by accidents only. The premium per semester is NT$332, although the exact amount may vary according to your billing statement.
